Stress and anxiety impact all of us\, including our children. It’s easy to fall into patterns of relating that are full of frustration. An understanding of what’s happening in our brains and bodies can help guide us through these challenging dynamics. Join this exploration of the neurobiology of behaviors and interactions. Learn to understand what behaviors are telling us about internal experiences so we can respond in ways that promote regulation.
