FREE Webinar: Working with Educators from a Developmental Perspective

This Free Webinar was recorded on July 28, 2022 and is for SEL coaches, behavior support specialists, clinical and school-based mental health professionals (school counselors, social workers, and psychologists), and others that collaborate with educators.

Working with educators at varying levels of understanding and buy-in of trauma-informed, inclusive, SEL practices, is challenging! This was always Judy Norman, LPC, LSC, RPT-S’s biggest challenge as an SEL Coach. She realized that she needed to meet each educator where they were developmentally, just like she was asking them to do with students – what a paradigm shift for her! Hence, the birth of a DEVELOPMENTAL MINDSETS PARADIGM.™

This information will help you quickly identify where an educator might be along a developmental continuum. This can guide you in understanding where to start conversations, and how to move forward. Viewing adults’ behavior from a non-critical lens (again, what we are asking them to do with students) supports their growth and empowerment.

This will amplify our work with students, and support building capacity in our schools!
