Learning Objectives:
- Participants will learn about brain states and reactions to stress grounded in our latest understandings of neuroscience.
- Participants will examine the context in which behaviors take place and learn to understand what behavior is communicating.
- Participants will learn different strategies corresponding to various levels of arousal, to help support students in developing self-regulation skills.
