As you reflect upon your current or previous work with educators, now through the lens of a developmental perspective, what thoughts or new perspectives come to mind? Does using this lens impact your thinking and/or behavior?

It totally reframes how I will approach working with Educators (and parents). I can feel how this will build trust, rapport and curiosity more robustly and in a way that builds a felt sense of safety and allyship (if that’s even a word!).

Allyship – love that word! So glad to see that you included caregivers in your response.

It has totally reframed how I work with parents, plus building trust and more understanding on changes do not happen overnight for a child.

Would love to hear how it’s reframed your work with parents Ekta.
