Welcome back to class! Today we’re exploring growing windows of tolerance and shifting perceptions. We’ll be asking questions like, “Why is regulation important?” “How do I work with activation?” and “Is this behavior a match or mismatch in the moment?” We’ll link together many concepts we’ve been discussing as we learn to use behavior as a guide to what is needed. We’ll develop a deeper understanding of what regulation is and isn’t, as we learn to see both regulated and dysregulated states as necessary for growth.
