I am enrolled in a course or program and have questions about navigating the learning platform.

Each course and program has a section on the main landing page with a video to familiarize you with the learning platform.

  • What score do I need to pass a quiz?
    • You will need to score 80% to pass the quiz and move on to the next lesson. If you do not pass the first time, you will be prompted to take the quiz again.
  • I missed a class, can I watch the recorded session?
    • The recording will be uploaded 24 hours after the live class was held to the lesson page. You will find the link there and any password information required to view the recording.
  • Where can I find my certificate of completion?
    • This is dependent on the course or program you have completed. For individual courses, the certificate of completion is generated after you complete the quiz. For programs with multiple modules you will find  the certificate in the “What’s Next” section of the course which can only be accessed after completing all modules.
  • Where do I find handouts?
    • Handouts Page: All handouts will be in one spot if you would like to download/print them before beginning the course. These will be available to you once you fill out the agreements form.
    • Lesson Page: The handouts that go with individual lessons also be listed on that page for simple retrieval and viewing during the lesson.
  • How do I find and access the course forum?
    • Navigate to the main landing page, in the upper right-hand corner you’ll see “Course Forum,” just below that is the name of the forum. Click on the name to enter the forum.
  • I am taking the class for credit, where do I turn in my assignments?
    • You will receive accesss to a goggle folder and will upload assignments there.

I have questions about receiving a certificate or credit for a course or program.

  • What are my options?
    • Depending on the course or program, you recive a certificate of completion from the Synergetic Education Institue. You may also have the option of receiving graduate credit through CSU for programs that you complete with us. This has an additional charge and you must register with CSU.
  • How do I sign up for graduate credit through CSU?
    • Follow the General Registration directions on this page.
