I have questions regarding my SEI account
- How do I reset my password?
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner.
- Click “Login.”
- Underneath where you would type in your credentials, click on “Lost your password.”
- Follow the directions to reset.
- How do I change my password when I’m logged in?
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner.
- On the left, you will see a list. Click on “Account details.”
- Scroll down to the password section to change the password.
- How do I change my payment method?
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner.
- On the left, you will see a list. Click on “Payment methods.”
- Edit your payment method here.
I have questions about finding or accessing a course or program I have already purchasedĀ
- Where do I find a course or program that I’ve already purchased?

Log into your account using the email address and password you created when you purchased it.

In the upper right hand corner hover over “My Account” and click on “My Courses.”

You will then see your courses listed.

Click on your course or program, and it will take you to the main landing page.

To find individual classes or videos scroll down to “Course Content.”

- The system is saying it doesn’t recognize my user ID or email address yet I’m fairly certain I’ve created one, what might be going on?
- The Synergetic Education Institute (SEI) and the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute (SPTI) are sister organizations, however they are different entities. It is quite common for people to think they have created an account or purchased a course from one, when in fact it was the other. Their websites also have very similar addresses.
