Of the challenges we covered in class which have you experienced in your work with educators? How did you feel about it at the time? As you think about it now, do you have any new insights or ideas?

The biggest challenge I have experienced with educators is dysregulation for the educator. They could not be with the uncomfortable state of many nervous systems in the class. I did not know what to do at the time other than hold space for them, however reflecting back they were willing to look more into the offering and understand what actually happened.
