Quiz and Certificate of Attendance
To begin the quiz click on “From Overextended to Supported Quiz” under the Lesson Content heading below.
If you want a certificate to be printed you must first follow the directions to register for the course that are on the main page. Please do not take the quiz before doing that or it will not print you a certificate.
After passing the quiz, you will be provided with a certificate of attendance. PLEASE make sure to download this as soon as you finish the quiz. The certificate will not be stored anywhere in the system. This certificate is for participants that do not require NBCC credit.
If you would like to receive NBCC credit, you will need to complete both the content quiz below and the program feedback evaluation form. After completing the quiz below, click “Click here to continue” and you will be taken to the page with the program feedback evaluation form.
